Contact details and inquiries
Gitsas Law processes the name, email, optional phone, area of interest and message you submit to assess and respond to your inquiry. Do not send sensitive data through this form.
Use and protection
Inquiries are not displayed publicly. Access is limited to authorised people. For requests to access, correct or delete your data, contact [email protected].
Analytics
Optional analytics tools run only after you choose to allow them. You can change your choice in cookie settings.
Purposes and legal bases
Assessing and responding to an inquiry about legal services is intended to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Abuse protection relies on the legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Optional analytics rely on your consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Technical data
Your IP address is used for the security check and to create a cryptographic hash for abuse limiting. Rate-limit hashes are cleaned daily after the protection window. Your IP address is not stored in the inquiry record.
Providers and transfers
The D1 database is configured with EU jurisdiction. Cloudflare security services and, after consent, Google Analytics may process technical data in other countries under the providers’ contractual safeguards. Inquiry content is not used for advertising targeting.
Email notifications
Your inquiry details are also sent through Cloudflare Email Service to the office mailbox, hosted on Microsoft 365. Deletion from the website database does not delete mailbox copies, for which the office applies its own retention policy.
Retention
We retain inquiries for 12 months after submission and then delete them from the inquiry system. If we accept an instruction, case-file information is subject to separate professional and legal retention obligations.
