Dimitris Gitsas

Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, Dimitris Gitsas is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos) and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2001.

Drawing on more than two decades of legal practice, he combines strategic legal judgment with extensive experience in complex litigation and advisory matters. Since 2017, he has served as in-house legal counsel to the Laiko General Hospital of Athens, developing particular expertise in medical malpractice, healthcare law, and the civil liability of public-sector entities.
